This is it, the sermon for today! This was quoted by Clarence in "It's a Wonderful Life." Remember George Bailey, who felt worthless? it was Clarence who helped him see that without him, there was a huge hole in the world and so many others would have died or been in a pretty painful situation if not for George's unselfish acts.

The next time you feel you are worthless, tell yourself how one act from you can change the world. Just one. Then watch what happens when you do perform that one small act. It is a gift you know!
